How we handle your email
This site exists to teach ethical cold email. It would be hard to take that seriously if our own signup form were sneaky. Here is exactly what happens when you give us your address.
What we collect
Your email address, and optionally a first name. Nothing else. We do not buy enrichment, append firmographics, or attach your address to a profile.
What we use it for
- • The 5-day Ethical Cold Email Primer (one email per day, then it ends).
- • Occasional announcements when we publish a new guide. Usually under one email per month.
We do not sell your address. We do not share it with affiliates. We do not run paid promotions to this list — there's nothing to sell.
Where it lives
Your address is stored in our email service provider (MailerLite), which handles delivery, suppression, and unsubscribe processing. Their privacy terms cover the storage layer.
How to unsubscribe
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. Click it once and you are removed — no confirmation page, no "are you sure", no win-back sequence. If a link ever fails, reply to any email with the word "unsubscribe" and we'll remove you by hand.
Requests and corrections
If you want a copy of what we hold, a correction, or full deletion, reply to any email from us and ask. We'll handle it within a few business days.
